Imaging PVR is a product from Imaging Intelligence. It is a condition of sale of Imaging Intelligence software that customers to be bound by the software licence and terms and conditions of our website.

Imaging Intelligence is providing this web site and its contents, including the trial and any free software on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind.

Except as specifically stated on this Web site, neither Imaging Intelligence nor any of its How to earn money as an affiliate., directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or software. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

No contract will exist between you and Imaging Intelligence for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until we accept your order. If an order is refused and payment has been made already, the payment will immediately be refunded in full.

If you order by surface mail or air mail and there has been a price change in the time between your order being sent and our receipt of your order, you will be contacted and offered the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights.

The software is not available for sale to customers living in the United States of America. The trial version is disabled for USA use.

All activities carried out by Imaging Intelligence are governed by the Scottish legal system.
