Imaging PVR is digital video recorder software that enhances new and currently owned compatible TV cards to make them record multiple channels, pause live TV, rewind live TV and much more.

Watching

Watch Freeview, Freesat, analog TV or satellite TV or listen to radio on Freeview.
Upcoming movies - view as a list and choose to watch a trailer, read a review, watch live, set a reminder or record.
Upcoming sport
Enable Rewind Live TV to jump back to see a goal again.
Pause live TV while you do something else or record a programme then jump forward to save time by skipping the adverts.
Search the Electronic Programme Guide and Now and Next bar. eg for comedy, film, football, a channel name, a programme name or an actor. You can search the programme description as well as titles.
Search the show library for recordings by title, category, actor or keyword.
Select your favourite programmes from a list.
See a list of new TV programmes.

Watch TV while you check the Electronic Programme Guide or the Show Library.
Create new tabs and switch between them. They work in a similar way to tabs on an Internet browser.
Open new windows to see the same football match on different channels to see the game from all angles. Just resize the screens to see all at once.

The show library

Save time by previewing shows in the show library. Delete the ones you don't want.

Edit the title and description of recordings. Most recordings have this included automatically, but this is useful if you've recorded a Home movie or a webcam.

Open video, music or pictures on the pc.

Imaging PVR detects video on the computer and prompts you to add these to the show library.

Import video or pictures.

Create a playlist

Choose your preference

Watch full screen or mini size
Change the priority of your channels and your favourites.
Change monitor / TV screen shape
Change video shape
Change text size.
Choose a different colour scheme for the Electronic Programme Guide and / or the Show Library. Or create one of your own.
Select less or more rows and columns in the Show Library and Electronic Programme Guide. Less rows and columns makes everything bigger and vice versa.
Keep Imaging PVR on top of other windows - or not. You need this checked to watch television mini size while working on the computer.
Choose to hibernate / Sleep at the end of the programme or recording
Change how many channels appear at a time in the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG).
Set the default when Imaging PVR starts. (Show library, live TV, EPG)
Set the time format
Change where to store the recordings.
Choose what to do when the selected storage place is full.
Change the space saved for for pause live TV
